About Me 

My name is Maryam Hassar, I'm a current Senior at Watkinson School in Hartford, Connecticut. I'm an engaging citizen of the world, having family roots in Sicily and Morocco has opened my eyes to a different perspective of the world. Being a part of the Global Studies Program at Watkinson has given me the opportunity to pursue my passion for learning about global issues and how one can truly make a difference in the world.
